So…I’m finding that if I do not work out in the AM, my day is much more difficult. It’s like I spend hours fretting over when and what I am going to do to work out as opposed to just waking up and doing it. It’s so annoying to have the day go by and in teh back of your mind to still have a sweat session to knok off on your to-do list.
I realize as I write this that I probably sound like someone who hates to work out, and honetly, there is some truth to that. Yes, there are all of the “perks” to working out and the way you look and feel and blah blah blah, but when it comes down to it….I’d love to look like Giselle without having to make a pool of sweat every day.
So, I guess what I am realizing is that, if I have to workout…I need to do it before my day even starts. In days when i have started with working out, I feel better, I stop obsessing about getting my fitness on, and I find I even look better. Not to mention, when I work out in the AM I actually eat better throughout the day because I am more tuned into my body.
I’d like to say that when the alarm goes off tomorrow, I’m going to jum out of bed and into my workout clothes…but that may or may not happen.
Hey Beachbody! We should invent workout clothes that double as pajamas so that people just have to put on shoes in the mornings!
